I compared it with 2 more thermometers and did not get any reading errors.
The thermometer display is slightly different from that advertised on the website and as it has 2 modes of operation I recommend reading the instruction manual.
Is a thermometer at a very affordable price and although I have not noticed any temperature reading error, I will never be able to recommend it for use in babies and children
